Proxy for the Hetzer designed as an inexpensive, self-propelled artillery piece it's primary, and only, weapon was a front facing AC-20. It was to be used when a protective force was needed for urban combat areas, but they weren't high enough priority to station a garrison unit and became very popular across poorer worlds and the periphery.
