I made this replacement battery for my Sena SMH10r bluetooth headset, because it was purchased 5 years ago, and apparently, Sena changed the shape of the connector, and the new replacement battery is no longer compatible with older headsets. Nonetheless, this costed maybe 3 Euros, while the official replacement battery is around 50 euros. Maybe you have to play a little with the connector scale when slicing, I had to print it at 110% with a 0.6 nozzle (single line wall) but now it fits perfectly With the battery case I was more lucky and printed with standard settings it fits perfectly in the original battery holder. The connector has no holes for the pins, because they are too tiny to be printed, so I made the holes with my Dremel and a 0.5mm bit, and used a steel needle for the pins The battery box bottom and top parts were glued together with superglue and filled with silicon so it's 100% waterproof. The battery is a generic 3.7 battery, I bought 5 on amazon for 10 euros
