It is the design of the name PABLO in capital letters. They are independent letters. For use as a candy box or wall decoration by adding led lights. I made this for my nephew's 10th birthday. We made it for candy holders placed on the entrance table of the Party and to decorate the main wall with different colored led strips. I also resized it and used it to hand out as souvenirs. Some were small desk candlesticks. Others were to be used as small boxes to store different objects.
