Description

Sin Cara is a lonely spirit who begins to follow Chihiro after developing an interest in his sincerity. His vocabulary consisted of grunts and groans rather than coherent words. Not knowing much about the bathhouse or about other spirits in general, Sin Cara learned by example and adapted to his surroundings. When first introduced, Sin Cara appeared in a semi-transparent state, his figure resembling that of a long black tube. Although it is unknown whether Sin Cara has an actual "body," he is shown to have arms and legs with the ability to leave footprints as he walks. He has a sinister and expressionless mask, with purple highlights painted, on his "head", and while there is a "mouth" painted on the mask, Sin Cara has shown that his real mouth, is hidden on his body and is larger than the one presented on his mask.
