Description

I created this decoration for Christmas. It's a simple model of a tree with different steps. The idea is to let the spiral sway over the tree like a garland. I printed the tree in green PLA and the spiral in silk gold PLA. Maybe a glittery gold tree with a white spiral would be nice too. You can do this by putting the spiral on top, then use a hairdryer to soften the spiral so that it lowers over the tree. I've added a .gif so you can see how. I have to admit I had to reprint the spiral after the first time, since I did it with a heat gun (which was too warm ofcourse...).
