The rotating base is equipped with simple clip-on features for quick assembly. Reference provided schematics for LED mounting directions to maximize system efficiency.- Some notes: Led optical lens diameter is 5mm, one of the LED model nr. LC-2IR4_A42 700mA.Easiest way is just dial step down module voltage slightly bellow maximum of the LED and use USB charger.
