Description

This part is for mounting Coro(or most anything) to 3/4 emt tubing. The spacing for the mounting holes is 1.75 inches and the holes for those screws are designed for #8 sheet metal screws. I would recommend printing one of these first to check fit tolerances with your printer and adjust scaling accordingly. I have found that all emt is not the same diameter. The sdl is modeled for .95 diameter hole to fit the emt and .160 for the screws. Depending on the source for the screws, this should make for a good fit, but if the screws are oversize, this could split your print at the layers. To resolve this just use a drill bit and enlarge for proper fit. Do not over tighten the 1/4 bolt as you can overcome the rigidity of the plastic. If you would need further changes to the sdl, I can provide the stp file upon request, for your own modification. Hardware used: (2) #8 X 1.25 long (2) 5/32 X 7/8 fender washers (1) 1/4 X 1 inch long bolt, and nut to go with (2) 1/4 regular flat washers
