The plates can be printed at 0.2 The pins should be printed at 0.1 so they do fit in the holes. Fan hole is 40mm Print 4 big pins between rack levels and the fan, use the small pins between the fan and the next level (and for the first base) The Fusion360 project file and a blank plate template are attached, so you can customize the text
