Sea-Doo 156 mm Jet Pump Wear Ring This is a precise 3D model of a Sea-Doo 156 mm jet pump wear ring, designed for reliable fit and functional performance. The model is optimized for FDM 3D printing using ABS material. The part was created as a replacement for the original SR-HS-156-001 wear ring and follows the same dimensions as the factory component. Tested for over 50 hours with no issues. The original SR-HS-156-001 wear ring is made from stainless steel and is designed to maintain jet pump efficiency while reducing cavitation. Important: Due to differences in 3D printers, calibration, and material behavior, slight dimensional variations may occur after printing. Minor sanding, fitting, or post-processing may be required to achieve a perfect fit. ABS material shrinks during printing, and depending on your printer and settings, dimensional changes of approximately 0.6 mm to 1 mm may occur. If necessary, you can slightly adjust or scale the model to compensate for these variations.
