This set si inspired by the Redbrand Ruffians, the intimidating faction featured in Lost Mine of Phandelver. Each miniature reflects rough discipline rather than chaos — practical armor pieces, scarves and cloaks marking allegiance, and confident, territorial stances. These aren’t wild bandits. They’re organized muscle. Designed to function as a cohesive squad on the tabletop, with varied poses that look natural when deployed together.
