Sony Walkman Battery Cover

This is a replacement cover for the following Sony Walkman players: D-E340 D-E351 D-E350 D-E220 D-E226CK D-E221 D-E356CK D-F201 (seems like it should fit) and similar. With a well calibrated printer it should fit pretty much perfectly snug and firm. It's a very delicate print so I suggest to print with PLA first. Printing and finishing: Use the newest cura / slic3r with arachne engine for best results. Set suports as per image (remove supports in the red circles, leave in green circle) Carefully cut the side notches with a box cutter and then snap off the rest with a wire cutter exactly according to the image. Shave the middle notch with box cutter and sand a bit just enough so that it snugly snaps in place and holds firmly. optionally you can sand the outer edge of the cover so that it sits flush with the rest of the device body. This can't be done in the design because of the very steep angle which would require supports and would turn out ugly.
