TPU Spikes for Modular Weapon System

Description

These TPU spikes are designed as softer alternatives with increased rounding for improved safety and tactile feedback. The set includes three spike variants: a very long spike, a standard thick spike, and a small spike. The spikes are engineered with variable structure: in the threaded section, thicker walls and infill are used to ensure reliable screwing strength and stable attachment; above the thread, the spike transitions to a single-wall shell with no infill, allowing it to flex easily. Spike softness depends strongly on the specific TPU used and print settings. TPU significantly softens the impact of accidental self-hits - similar in principle to how gloves or armor once reduced injury in historical combat. However, structural parts behind the TPU are still rigid (PLA), and impact can still cause harm. Do not strike people.
