This fan blade was created to help with the overheating problem on Lymow One Plus robot motors. The blades needs to be printed out of either ABS and or PolyCarbonate (they will not hold up with PLA or PTEG). The best 3d prints I got from these fans was with the hex facing up and the fan rotated 45 degrees from the horizontal plane, using supports and Anycubic brand Polycarbonate filament. Using the spacers and these fans I was successful at running both of my mowers for a duration of eighty minutes in full sun, 87 degree F , cutting about 1" of grass in standard blade speed, 2.6 ft per minute with no blade stoppage and max deck temperature at 155 degrees. I did not add any extra holes and or painted any surfaces.
