This is an over-designed wobble board. Many wobble boards are multi-directional but I have designed this to be a single axis. It can be screwed to a board and used in either direction. I have tested this and more than capable of holding my weight 81Kg (180LB for our American friends) As with all training devices care must be taken to ensure it's used safely. Use all wobble boards at your own risk.
