Capsule Filling

Have you looked around for the perfect capsule filling machine design for a 3D print and been disappointed that they don't live up to the ones you can buy? Put those experiences behind you with this retail grade capsule filling for size 000 capsules. The design consists of five pieces: a (1) base that holds the (2) bottom capsule plate, (3) a tamper plate with pegs to compress your supplements, a handle (4) that snaps into the tamper plate nice and snuggly so as to form one piece, and (5) a top capsule plate that holds the tops of the capsules, lines up with the bottoms, and snaps them all together … something you don't see in most designs. In addition, the bottom and top capsule plates each have 4 small "friction ribs" (embossed lines) in every hole to hold the capsules firmly in place. There is also a small handle on each side of the top capsule plate for easy removal.
