The GOODMANS ADDITIONAL STORAGE building is the companion to GOODMANS HARDWARE. Remove the open sides supports on both sides with snips. I have found that a diamond file is perfect for smoothing PLA, it doesn't clog up like a typical miniature files or sandpaper. The windows are very small, and you will find that some do not print well, this is why I've included more than you need. Each window comes in two pieces that are glued back-to-back for easy painting and installation. Each printer has different characteristics so you may need to adjust the percentage of size in X and Y a little. Do not rescale in Z to keep the correct thickness. Install windows from the inside and make them flush with the inside. Snip away the fuzzies and clean up with a light coating of Acetone to dissolve the remaining strands. Use the Acetone very sparingly, as to not soften the model too much, just brush on lightly. Once finished, load up the racks with lumber, plywood and supplies for a nice look. I exclusively print with PLA and have found that ordinary clear lacquer thinner (Nail polish remover) is a wonderful glue. Make a small test for yourself of two pieces of scrap PLA and give it a try. Let sit for 20 seconds and then try to break it apart. It leaves no residue and is applied with a small brush. I've been using lacquer thinner as a glue on styrene and PLA for years.
