Description

Pugbots! Soooooo cute, and you can also bolt an 18mm Auto-Shotgun to them! Yay! Pugbots are robot beings found all throughout the Worldgate networks. They are ubiquitous and near omnipresent in most mechanical environments, where they linger about the edges of Junctionworld society, nibbling on metallic scraps or lapping up errant lubricant spills and puddles. They do not compete for resources with Biological life forms, nor Machine Folk, and appear to simply be happy-go-lucky denizens of the Universi, existing happily without a real want or care. They exhibit a form of limited intelligence, but can display amazing loyalty and friendliness towards those they have adopted. Pugbots can be taught simple routines and tasks, including passing tools or holding parts in place during repairs, making them simple, but handy, shop assistants. They manipulate objects via an internal push-pull force field generator, though the strength of the field’s pull is not much more than a standard being’s manipulator strength. For heavier objects, larger claws made of physical material have been adapted for them, and they seem quite pleased with the upgrades. Pugbots appear to understand the spoken language of Universal, though they only communicate back in electronic chirps, growls, and other whimsical utterances, along with a limited array of signal lights on their face-like sensor plate. Some are wild, others domesticated, but all are friendly towards Biologicals and other sentients. Pugbots…
