I fight with runaway spools from several vendors, cardboard spools not as bad, but plastic spools tend to spin filament off when new and get tangled. So I designed a simply arm which slide over Sovol SV08 Spool holder, the use that with PTF tube and problem fixed. Pring, remove spool roller, slide on, insert 4mmx30 screw to hold from sliding down, add PTF tude and away you go.
