Star Trek Sonobuoy Container Prop

CNU-238/E Sonobuoy Shipping and Storage Container was used as a prop in all Star Trek movies and on The Next Generation TV show. You can still find these occasionally online, but due to their size the container, shipping may be expensive. Fear not...now you can print your own. This design is hollow and segmented to fit most printers with the least amount of support needed. The widest part is 190mm and the tallest part is 182mm. There are 10 parts in total. The entire assembled model will be about 45 inches or 1145mm tall. The parts interlock and one is keyed to ensure proper fit and orientation to minimizing filling. On the real on the container has a threaded lid, but I wanted to make this more sci-fi looking so I just made ringed indents. If you want the container lid to be threaded and removable, let me know, but it will cost a bit more.
