This is an attachment for a Ninja IQ Smoothie maker, to allow you to stow the power cable neatly. The attachment is designed to lock around the motor mount snugly, but still be removable. It has holes in it to allow air to circulate freely. The design is for the Australian version with an Au/NZ power plug, The attachment has a slightly hooked top, to catch the plug, but has enough play to allow you to easily unreel the power cord
