Description

This is a functional spring file. Please view my TikTok (@PatricktheBioSTEAMist) for a demo on how to use this model for either a tension or compression spring. If you print with TPU, you can peel apart the spring to uncoil, and it is almost like a lanyard or a hair scrunchie. Printing with PLA you can make it a functional spring for low-level functions. I would imagine this could be used more functionally with PETG or other materials. Have fun with the simple, but versatile spring :) Please check out my slinky model, also available, for an educational and fun print.
