This is a simple DIY stylus with a built up shaft for little hands using touch screen tablets. A cotton swab end is inserted with foil tape running from the swab to the shaft for conductivity. The swab is lightly moistened occasionally for effective use. The Tinkercad project may be found here: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/58YSydmSWyT for customization of larger grip or longer shaft.
