small Refillable empty cartridge for Caulking Gun

Simple refillable empty cartridge. Suitable for polystyrene glue or other materials where you have a mixture in a bucket and need to get it into a cartridge. I am adding an improved version V2, which is slightly smaller than in the photos and has the advantage that the cartridge can hold a little more material and also solves the problem thanks to its length. Both cylinders are the same length as the internal working length of a standard gun. The system is simple. It consists of two cylinders that are inside each other. The gap between them is set to 0.30 mm (0.15 mm on each side). The outlet opening is 10 mm. The nozzle is 3.5 mm. The nozzle length is 57 mm. The upper piston is pulled out manually only when the cartridge is empty, otherwise the vacuum will not allow it. The main cylinder is 49 mm wide (43 mm inner diameter) and 100 mm high. The hot melt is placed inside it. The second extrusion cylinder has a total width of 49 mm (the inner cylinder is 42.7 mm). The tip is printed separately and must be glued to the main part. The extrusion gun has been tested in practice and works extremely well :P The total capacity of the front part is around 150 ml. !!!! The clearance is set to 0.30 mm. In my experience, it is better to print each cylinder separately. This will result in a more precise print.
