I got a laser engraver last year and I modified my windows for exhaust fan (I used D150 bathroom one) I removed the glass and replaced it with 3mm plywood (PU coating for the outside for weather protection) Plywood was cut on my laser so every cut and round 125mm hole were perfect and everything just fit together.
