Description

Simracing Wheel inspired in LMH and LMDh Hypersport cars form Le Mans HARDWARE NEEDED: x1 Usb Hub 2.0 PCB - Can Be found in Aliexpress x10 12mm Buttons - as well easily found in Aliexpress x6 Rotatory Encoders with Pushbutton (or not your choice) x1 RKJXT1F42001 multi Button x2 WS2812 5050 LEDs x1 Nextion display or other generic 4.4" display x1 Arduino Nano Pro (recommended with USB-C for the hub) x1 GX Male and Female Radio Connector x1 ARC Controller for the buttons x1 USB Cable you can cut in half to make the GX cable to USB Assembly Instructions: First make the USB cable its going to be the easiest part of the project, just solder the Female head to the each wire of the USB cable, for your peace of mind with the USB hub connection this is the way it worked for me USB Cable wire connections Red -- 5V / Power Black -- GND Green -- Data - White -- Data + when connecting the GX male connector to the hub make sure each terminal goes to the correct terminal in the hub pcb, and if you somehow manage to solder the data connectors wrongly DO NOT WORRY the only thing it will happen is that the device won't be recognized on you PC as it can not establish communication with the device. Once you have the hub connected to the GX Conector my recommendation is that you use an Arduino pro nano with a usb-c cable because that way you can simply cut the cable and solder it to the hub, Its a faster communication and you won't need a RX/TX proggramer to code the Arduino, also with your ARC…
