Sometimes I sculpt for fun and interesting things come about. This little guy is from one of those sessions. I ended up loving him in miniature form and decided to make a planter/ container as well. I originally did a tail down version then made one with the tail up. In the planter, it could be used as a support but if you're using it for a jewelry tray, rings will fit on the tail. The statue forms can be printed large or small, as you can see in the photos. I've seen the rising popularity of non-articulated prints in mini and I think these would do well in a situation where a customer would buy a bag of them for fun. You could also market them as plant pets. If you have trouble with the tail down version sticking to the build plate in tiny form, slice off the bottom just a little to get more contact. I uploaded the version that worked for me, but I wanted to just put that out there. Like my other organic shaped planters, there's a removable sleeve with drainage holes that fit in the cutout for direct planting. I'm finding that these types of planters work really well with moss and small cuttings.
