The Bell V-280 Valor, MV-75, is the new replacement for the aging Blackhawk.I made this model in Blender based on the Bell V-280 Valor. It has engine compartments that rotate from horizontal to vertical and has counter-rotating rotors. You will need some brass tubing to complete the building of this model. Two 7.5 cm tubes to connect the main rotors to the gear in the gearbox, a 33.3 cm 4mm tube connects the left and right gearboxes, and a 34.7 cm 3mm tube connects the gears in the gearbox as a drive shaft between the left and right gearboxes. Check the measurements of the tubes against the model you print before gluing the parts together.I printed it with PLA+, two wall layers, and 5% infill. Because of the small gears and small gearboxes to work in, construction is more difficult than other models I have made. Make sure when you glue the main rotors into place that you have one blade on each pointing straight up so the model will sit on its wheels with the engines in the horizontal position.
