Description

I did not like the options I had available anywhere, so here is my version. This is meant to keep the OG Bronco body without putting any holes in the body. I did have to clip the OG mounts from the front due to Axial hard mounting the grill in place and not allowing you to remove the screws (not sure why they went this route). As well, if you want to keep the OG bumper lights, you will need to remove the clip from there with some snippers. The rear mount I just took off completly since the bumper stays on the rear wheel mount. Hope this works for you, have fun and get to crawling :).The chassis is from MakerWorld, https://**********.com/en/models/1924244-scx24-lcg-full-chassis-stronger-stock-skid-holes#profileId-2064942I used 10x2 round magnets. I did not use glue to hold them. There is a .05 tolerance and I just put the magnet on the table, put the mount on top, and pressed down. Make sure you check orientation of the magnets, lol I got it wrong twice IN A ROWThe back body mount: Remove the 2 screws holding in the swivel mount that connects to the chassis. On the mag mount, use the deeper of the 2 holes and slide it onto the 2 pegs that are sticking out from the OG body mount. Insert a screw for each peg in the opposing side of the mag mount. There is wiggle room in there, so I suggest pre screwing to make sure you get the screw centered first. I used a flat head on the end of the screw to center it before trying to insert onto the pegs. This will make it where you have to…
