Description

This 3D printable model is a ball-in-cage design, where a ball is enclosed inside a decorative cage structure. First, print the ball separately and remove the supports. Next, start printing the cage and pause the print at the right layer to insert the ball inside, then continue printing to seal the ball within the cage. The design works well with wood PLA filament for a unique texture, but standard PLA is also suitable. No glue or assembly is required; the ball will be fully enclosed once the print finishes. You can also place a glass marble inside the cage instead of printing the ball.
