I decided to entertain myself a little. I remembered how our Elektronik's phone was shown in the TV series "The Other Side of the Moon." That's why I wanted to replicate it. Although it's slightly larger in size, it's the first experimental model. Maybe someone else will want to make one for fun. I designed the models in Compass, taking into account the components I had purchased beforehand. The most challenging part was finding a dialer in good condition. However, I managed to overcome the background noise, although it wasn't completely eliminated due to the long path to the microphone. And so everything works and rings)) For the assembly, I used the SIM800L module, Arduino Nano, Li-Ion battery, charging board, and a boost board to 5V for powering the Arduino. I powered the SIM800 directly from the battery. There are 3 non-locking buttons and a charging indicator. There is a Type-C port for charging and a switch. And most importantly - a dial pad. Sketch took a ready-made one that is on the Internet, only slightly modified - added interruptions to the buttons for raising and lowering the handset.I printed both PETG parts (eSun and SunLu) at a table temperature of 85 and a filament temperature of 250 (FF AD5M printer) at maximum speed. When printing the lid at a temperature of 245, the base slightly separated…
