++++++++++ UPDATE +++++07-13-2026++++++Took some off the base part so the pointer and base should align perfectly to get all the angles from 1-degree up. I made it too wide on the base to clear the knob, yet it was just a bur on the printed knob part. You may want to grab some sandpaper on the knob because now the base and knob should align perfectly. Any bur on the knob will interfere with the base just a tiny bit.++++++++++ Print the pdf file with the protractor without any scaling, and it should fit the printed base. Cut out and glue to the base. Layer on top of it with clear tape if like. Contact glue works great.Use a 1/4-20 cap screw, maybe 1 inch long. Use the printed washer next to the base, washer, then the knob. May need to tap the screw head into the knob.Check out my other protractorshttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7379122Should print fine.Enjoy, Rick.
