Design Concept: Focusing on storing 12" saw blades securely and efficiently, this model is designed for neatly organizing saw blades, especially for woodworking enthusiasts or professionals. Its geometric design ensures optimal space utilization and protection for the blades. The center threaded post is 25mm diameter to fit 1" arbor blades. The goal is to fit all of my saw blades in one drawer of the Milwaukee Packout 3 Drawer unit.Purpose: The primary use is for hobbyists or professionals who need to keep their saw blades organized and protected from damage. It's perfect for workshops or garages.Printing Recommendations:Material: Recommend using PLA, PETG or ABS for durability. - Layer Height: 0.2 mm for a balance between speed and detail. - Infill: 15-20% for strength without excess weight. - Supports: Not necessary. Pictured is Creality Hyper PETG-CF, Black.Assembly Instructions: Insert your blade then use the spacer and alternate up to 4 blades finishing with a spacer. Then screw the nut down to secure the stack.
