(REALLY) Simple Lid Riser for K2 PlusYes, I know there are many more K2 Plus Lid Risers, but I wanted one that did the job without being a pain to print, and just did it's job: lift the lid up and provide an escape path for the chamber heat, and let the PTFE tube come out of the print head without the bend.PrintingThis riser has four corner parts and four mid-span parts. Each of those is split into a top and bottom part, for no-support printing. You can use the print settings file attached; it uses these basic settings:0.4mm Nozzle with pretty much any type of PLA220C hotend temp, 50C heated bed tempTakes about 200g and 5h21m on a K2Plus using Hyper PLA0.25mm line height, default line width3 Wall loops with "Alternate Extra Wall" enabled4 top and 3 bottom layers25% Cubic infillSupport is disabled, as it doesn't really need anyAssemblyYou'll need 1/4" diameter wood doweling to join the parts togetherAfter the 16 parts are printed, join the top and bottom halves of each part, cut 14-15mm long 1/4" wooden dowels. Use a hammer to force the two halves together; some small misalignment is normal.Then, cut to the appropriate length two side and two end rods out of 1/4" wooden dowel. Those should fit into the corners (and through the mid-span units) with some friction. For more security, I used E6000 adhesive in the holes for the corners so it won't come off the rods.
