PARTSLIST FOR REV.1:-1sg90/mg90 180° for the wrist (claw up / down)-1sg90/mg90 360° for the worm gear in the claw (open / close)-2mg996r 180° for the elbow and shoulder (up down)-1mg996r 360° for the base (left right )-M2screws for the claw-m2.5/m3(THREADED) if ur willing to force them in for the bigger motorsAssembly is pretty Straightforward just build it as shown in the different pictures, and make sure to not put the wrong motors in, using a 360 instead of a 180 wont allow the robot to stay in place, but using a 180 instead of a 360 will just narrow ur range of motion for the claw/baseIt uses 2 sg90 motors, one thats 180⁰ for the wrist joint and a 360⁰ for the claw systemThen the remaining 3 motors are mg996r with 2 motors that are 180⁰ for the elbow and shoulder and 1 motor thats a 360⁰ for the baseEverything is controlled using an esp32 but an arduino works too and to hook up the motors u need some type of servomotor controller, i used a pca9685 cuz its really cheapThen u just need to put a 4A or stronger power supply to the pca9685, wire everything together, put it together and its done, ive managed to put all of the cables in the base however it can get a bit crowded in there so id advise to wire everything on a breadboard OUTSIDE while testing. If u plan on making fast movements and put the wires in make sure ur connections are secured and clean because they WILL disconnect (u can also make ur own custom base )The claw heads are hotswabble with custom ones as the…
