HyperCube Evolution Y Carriage Clamp

Description

This Y carriage clamp is inspired on "HyperCube Evolution Igus Carriage Clamp tenser" from Thingiverse user "endeffect" and the original Y carriage clamp from "SCOTT_3D".The purpose of this clamp is to take the pressure of the bearings when fastening the clamp using the 2 screws that press onto the 8 mm steel X shafts. Brass inserts are used for threads of these screws. As I'm not using steel bearings, but self made long POM bearings using this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2476782, I need this stress relief clamp to prevent binding when you (over) tighten the 4 mounting screws.Furthermore, the clamp extends to the overall width of the bearing and includes a ring/ridge to prevent the bearing to slip.The STL includes integrated supports for the 4 fastener screws, just take a 3 mm drill bit after printing. Please print with the most flat face down.Note that the cover photo shows the original and the remix of the clamp.
