These are spacers which clip onto rebar and keep it the desired distance (in this case two inches) away from some boundary, such as a sonotube. There are two spacers, made to fit half inch and 3/8 inch rebar. I found the best material for printing these was the Bambu labs TPU for AMS, as it had just the right amount of flexibility to snap onto the rebar while also keeping them relatively rigid.
