The digital model is engineered as a modular system consisting of interlocking components that represent specific structural elements like trusses, tension rods, and load-bearing nodes. Each part features a 0.2 mm fit tolerance to ensure ease of assembly for children while maintaining structural rigidity. To prevent unauthorized copying and ensure intellectual property protection, a stylized embossed signature is integrated directly into the 3D geometry of each module. The forms are optimized for 3D printing by utilizing "support-free" angles (under 45°) and reinforced connection points to accurately simulate force distribution without material failure.
