Soon as I unboxed my S1 Max and tried printing, it kept erroring from abnormal extrusion. I tried removing tubes and cleaning ends but would only work for a print or two. I noticed that the tube on the printhead tilted after a few prints instead of going straight into the extruder so I created this hat to help keep the tube straight and had no issues since.Printing Settings:Wall Loops 3Top Layers 0Bottom Layers 0Infill 15%Material PETG or higher tempNotes:While nozzle was at 220C and no chamber heating. I only recorded 26C. Do some testing to make sure material wont melt.Rounded edges face the front of printer and flat side faces up.To install:While holding flat side facing toward the tube, slide the tube through the hole and then place tube into the print head. Slide the hat down into place. Cut outs on bottom side of hat should line up with the the bump and extruder release. To remove:Use pliers to grasp the hat and slide it along the tube. Use a tube removal tool to remove tube from printhead. Slide hat off of the tube.
