Description

This is a TPU printed Front-Cage for the (GEPRC) Mark 5 frame, designed to hold 19mm cameras, such as Analog, HDZero and Walksnail Avatar. This print can be used as a replacement for the aluminium front, though it is not compatible with the common Mark 5 top mount accessories. As the project is still work in progress, feedback in the comment section is more then welcome.Depending on the version of choice you need:Hex: 4x 25mm M3 hexagonal StandoffsD5: 4x 25mm M3 standoffs (5mm diamiter)MixD5: 2x 25mm Hex (front) & 2x 25mm D5 (back)Mix225: 2x 25mm Hex (front) & 2x 22.5mm D5 (back)Mix225D5: 2x 25mm D5 (front) & 2x 22.5mm D5 (back)DJI-Beta: Standoffs like D5 - fits 20mm cameras with O3 or O4 mounting pattern.!The DJI version fits the physical dimensions of the camera only - This cage is not designed to be vibration isolating. Also, due to the core design of the frame and depending on your camera angle, 20mm cameras might come into direct contact with the front standoffs!I'd suggest using steel standoffs in the front, the back standoffs can be common aluminium standoffs from your spares. The vertical standoffs used by GEPRC are 25mm D5 aluminium standoffs. For additional stability, there are holes for 2 20mm M2 standoffs to go left-to-right in the center section. From my experience, nylon standoffs do just fine here, even in bando-like environments. - The horizontal standoff used by GEPRC is compatible. When using just one standoff, I'd recomment using the upper mounting…
