This is a model rocket launch system based on a Harbor Freight Apache 1800 case. the main printed body will fit into the case, with room above for pegs and keys to stick up when the lid is closed. I punched a hole in the side of the printed body and used the valve screw to support it. Glue or epoxy for a final secure method would likely work best. The whole unit is powered by a 650mah 3s ovonic battery. The whole project can be done for less than $100, maybe even cheaper if you search for different parts. It is a pretty basic wiring scheme. The + leg goes directly into the MAIN keyswitch. The output of the keyswitch is sent straight to the voltage indicator, the + side of the MAIN indicator light, relays (power input), one side of the ARM switches, and one side of the Launch button. The output side of the ARM switches goes to the + side of the respective relay coil and the + side of the respective ARM indicator lights. The output side of the launch button goes to the common on the relay ouputs. The other side of the relay output goes to the respective + peg. The battery - goes to the voltage display, all of the indicator light - sides, the - pegs, the - sides of the relay coils. It seems like a lot, but its not terrible to put togther. I printed out of PLA with 100% infill becuase the walls are thin enough, it doesn't make much difference. Printed with a .6mm nozzle. My printer isn't fancy enough to do multicolor, so to do the text I just stopped the printer on that layer…
