I created this when I discovered that the downspout drain pipe (buried in my yard to carry water away from the house) had settled and the downspout was no longer correctly seated inside the downspout-to-pipe (4"x3" rectangular -to- 4" round) adapter. This part slips-down into the adapter and then snaps-onto the downspout, so that water is fully directed into the adapter, and therefore the drain pipe. It fits 4"x3" (3.9" x 2.6") downspout and its adapter for 4" PVC pipe. It extends upwards 2.0", so good for covering a gap upto about 1.5" (with 0.5" overlap on the downspout). It extends downwards 1.4" into the adapter.
