Description

The LAS-58 Talon is an energy-based sidearm. It is a semi-automatic laser revolver that fires pulses similarly to the LAS-16 Sickle in the videogame Helldivers 2. The model is designed to be printed of different colored filaments without the use of a multi-filament system (like AMS). The model consists of three main parts - the grip, firing part and barrel, with details and elements that can be printed separately to create a multicolor model. **The replica in the pictures did not use a multi-filament system.** Zero extra parts (like rods or screws) are needed in the assembly of the model - nearly all parts can snap together for better alignment, but glue is needed to secure a robust model. At 100% scale the model is 40x15x6cm, which corresponds to the dimensions of the in-game model. The engraving on the grip where your pinkie, ring and middle finger are placed is approximately 6cm long, so you may need to down- or upscale the model to make it correspond to your hand size. To print the "LAS-58 Talon" text on the sides of the barrel, you either need to use a multifilament system or change the filament at layer 8. A non-painted .3mf is included for easy overview of all parts and their corresponding color.
