250ml Beaker Lid

Description

A simple, practical beaker lid designed for a 250ml beaker to fit 3 standard test tubes in. This file creates a lightweight cover that helps reduce spills and maintain water temperature while still allowing easy access to the test tubes for mixing or storage. Optimised for clean printing with no supports and suitable for everyday lab, workshop, or hobby use. *The intention for this design was to aid in AQA GCSE Biology for the Enzymes required practical. We place a beaker of water into a water bath of 40C, place the lid on, then add 3 test tubes (4ml starch in one, 2ml amylase in one, 2ml pH buffer of choice in the other). Students then take one beaker and take it back to their desk to perform the practical. This limits confusion and maintains the temperature throughout.
