Full size imitation of French Defensive Grenade modèle 1937 with BA35 Fuze The DF 37 (for Defensive Model 1937) is a French hand grenade designed in the late 1930s. As a defensive type, it has a thick cast-iron or steel body intended to produce numerous fragments. Its time-delay fuze allowed the soldier to take cover after throwing it. It is a heavy, simple, and robust grenade, optimized for fragmentation. Disclaimer : This is a cosmetic imitation. It cannot fonction or be functionnal.
