Follow these simple steps: Helmet Measure the width of your head at the widest point (ear-to-ear). Measure the height from chin to top of the head. Measure the depth from nose tip to back of head. Scale the helmet in your slicer until its internal cavity matches—or is slightly larger than—your measurements. (A hairdryer or heat gun on low can help fine-tune the fit.) Chest Armor Measure the width across the chest (armpit to armpit). Measure the height from collarbone to bottom edge where the armor should end. Scale the chest armor to these two dimensions.
