It is a model to teach the distribution of electrons, protons and neutrons in Bohr's atomic model. The electrons have a groove made in the base of the sphere so that they can fit into the orbitals of the atom and the protons and neutrons are placed in the nucleus that is printed separately and has to be glued in the center of the atom figure.
