See it in action... https://youtube.com/shorts/JAx9XEezVqY?feature=share Print top side down, PLA or PETG, 0.2mm Designed so that it mostly does not need support, only the major overhang. Added ribs to stiffen when printing. Glue with CA glue. Might need to sand the inside of the air ducts, I did this for a snug fit. 80 X 25mm box fan It's been running in it's working environment flawlessly for 2 months now.
