its a speaker cover for early minis(from the very first in 1964 to when they stopped making it in 2000) before making the BMW big mini. most minis would no longer have speaker covers as they would have cracked decades ago. So this is one I made that mimicks the racing wheels of back in the days when these little pocket rockets were race cars and in Australia police cars. A few years back when I made the first batch of these I spotted a little green mini in my street that look so good, i went back home and gifted them to the owner with a little note. When I came back home much later the owner left me a thankyou note also and that he loved them.
