The spear is one of the oldest and most widespread weapons in human history. Long spears were used across cultures and eras -from antiquity through the Middle Ages - both in organized warfare and hunting. Their effectiveness came from reach, simplicity, and adaptability, making them a foundational form from which many later polearms evolved. The modular spear head is designed for use with a separate shaft and pommel; a grip is optional. The 3MF file includes only the Spear Head; all other components required to assemble the spear are available separately. This is one of two spearheads I designed. This one is intended for building a large spear, two meters or longer. The total length of the spearhead alone (without the shaft) is 477 mm. The longer section measures 253 mm. Two-handed shafts with a large head at the end are subjected to significant mechanical loads; therefore, PETG or a higher-strength material is strongly recommended for the shaft. The model is part of the two-handed weapons collection. These models do not align with my “talismans for the mind” philosophy, so no further decorative or ornamented variants are planned. This item is decorative only and is not intended for combat, even simulated. Check out my other models, leave a like, and follow for more.
