Bomex Style Front Bumper – BMW E36 (3D Printed) This Bomex-style front bumper is designed for the BMW E36 and optimized for 3D printing. It is intended for custom builds, show cars, or track-oriented projects. The bumper was printed in ABS, with a 4 mm thickness, 15% infill, and 4 perimeters, using a 0.2 mm nozzle. The total weight of the assembled bumper is approximately 4 kg. The model is composed of 18 parts. Only 9 right-side parts were modeled, the remaining parts were generated using symmetry in the slicer. An integrated European license plate mount is included. The original print was made on a QIDI X-MAX 3. Mounting Information For mounting on a BMW E36, the simplest solution is to cut an original OEM bumper and glue and/or screw it inside the 3D printed bumper. This allows easier installation using the factory mounting points.
